What we collect

Your name, address, phone, email, details of your property and the work you want, and payment records.

Why we use it

To quote for and carry out your carpet cleaning or flooring work (contract), and to keep our accounts (legal obligation). We’ll only send reminders or offers if you’ve agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

Who sees it

The fitter or cleaner doing your job, our accountant, and the trusted providers of our email, accounts, customer-record and website-form software, who only use it on our behalf. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Up to 10 years, for repeat orders and our accounts (we must keep financial records for at least 6 years).

Our website and cookies

The contact and price forms send your details to us by email. We only use cookies needed for the site to work. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Just contact us. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.

Great Choice Flooring Ltd of 197 Warburton Road, Poole will only collect essential data needed to perform the work required. This includes using your name and address, email, other contact details required to do the required work.

If the quotation is accepted, these details will be passed to the fitter assigned to fit the flooring. After the work has been completed these “Job Sheets” will be destroyed and the original quotation form will be held securely online for 10 years for repeat orders.

If the order is not accepted it will be held securely online for 10 years.

Under no circumstances will your data be passed onto any 3rd party; your data is for internal use only.
