Carpet Cleaning T+C’s

Preparing for Your Clean

Please arrange to move any furniture you would like cleaned underneath before we arrive. Otherwise, we will clean the accessible carpet around it.

Please also clear loose belongings, breakables and valuables from the areas being cleaned.

We can move a few small, light items where safe and practical. We do not move sofas, beds, wardrobes, storage chests or other heavy, bulky, fragile or awkward furniture. Furniture moving is not included in our prices and should not be assumed.

If age, mobility or a health condition makes preparation difficult, please let us know when booking. We’ll agree what light assistance we can offer and what can reasonably be cleaned with your furniture in place.

Prices are based on the whole room size.
