Here are a few things to think about once the clean has been completed. Don’t worry about remembering them, we will remind you of these before the clean starts!

IMPORTANT – If you must walk on the carpets while they are drying, ensure you don’t slip over when you go from the damp carpets onto any smooth floors e.g. laminate, stone etc

IMPORTANT – Don’t put anything wood or metal back onto the carpet before it is totally dry. Plastic is fine. Wood may leave dye stains and metal will go rusty.

IMPORTANT – Please air the room as effectively as possible by opening windows / doors etc. Radiators left on are fine if the room is left with the doors open. If this is NOT done, you may experience a “damp” smell which will go once the property is aired effectively.

Wool carpets will smell of wet hair immediately after a clean. That’s exactly what it is. Opening the windows will clear it!
