Since 2006 we have been supplying and fitting carpets with our home shopping service, meaning you can choose your new flooring at home and see what your new flooring will really look like where it will be laid!
With us there’s no leg-work or guess-work involved!
We supply and fit domestic and small commercial flooring, from the budget ranges to the more expensive ranges, all from our mobile carpets shop, and we can uplift and dispose of your old flooring too, as well as level off the floor and fit your new flooring too.
We have performed work in dozens of communal areas of blocks of flats, in schools, doctors, dentists and many other small business locations across Dorset and we can provide carpets for communal areas for flats, shops, offices, NHS premises and so on.
Carpet Maintenance Tips
Here’s some tips to help you keep your carpets in tip-top condition!
- Vacuum regularly
- Move your furniture around to spread the wear
- Have a “no shoes” policy
- Clean up spillages promptly
- Use doormats
- Don’t forget to ask Great Choice to clean your carpets every 12-18 months
Carpet Stain Removal Tips
- Always blot spillages, never scrub
- For liquid spillages, blot excess using plain white towels and skip to step 4 below
- If it’s solid / partially solid spillage, scrape up solids and blot liquids
- Pre-test Great Choice Spotting Solution on an inconspicuous area, or use really hot water and a tiny dash of washing up liquid
- Spray / moisten spot with removal solution. Ensure you don’t spread the stain
- Cover with white cloth, and stand on the cloth, and repeat as required
- If not removed after several attempts, repeat steps 5 and 6 and weigh down with a HEAVY object overnight. Repeat if required
