Do you come out to Ringwood and the villages?

Can you get mud and pet marks out?
Most dried-in mud and everyday pet marks come out well with a deep clean. Some old stains permanently change the colour of the fibres. If we think that’s the case, we’ll tell you honestly before we start.
Why does my wool carpet smell after cleaning?
Wool can smell of wet hair straight after a clean. That’s exactly what it’s made of! Opening the windows clears it quickly.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
We aim for 4–6 hours. On a warm, breezy day it can be an hour or two, or a little longer depending on how much work the carpets needed and what they are made of.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
If you’re not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and re-clean it free.
