There’s no parking outside. Can you still clean?
Usually, yes. Tell us when you book and we’ll plan for it. Where our van hoses can’t reach, we bring a portable machine instead.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
We aim for 4–6 hours. On a warm, breezy day it can be an hour or two, or a little longer depending on how much work the carpets needed and what they are made of.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
If you’re not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and re-clean it free.
