Carpet care for Poole homes
Sand and grit. Homes near the beaches at Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs and Hamworthy get a lot of fine sand walked in. Sand is gritty and wears carpet fibres down faster, so regular vacuuming plus a deep clean every year or so makes a real difference.
Beach walks and muddy paws. We choose products to suit your carpets, rinse thoroughly and tell you when children and pets can use the room again.
Flats and parking. In most homes our van-mounted system needs nothing from you apart from access and somewhere to park close by. Where the hoses can’t reach, we bring a portable machine.

Can you clean carpets in a flat?
Yes. Where our van hoses can reach, we use our van-mounted system. Where they can’t, for example in some flats, we bring a portable machine, which needs your hot water and electricity.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
We aim for 4–6 hours. On a warm, breezy day it can be an hour or two, or a little longer depending on how much work the carpets needed and what they are made of.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
If you’re not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and re-clean it free.
